Moses Law provides clients with legal advice, counsel, and representation in personal and business matters, transactions, administrative proceedings, and court hearings.  Business law is our primary area of practice.  To that end, Moses Law provides business advisory and legal services to Ohio entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, and growth-oriented businesses from business planning and formation through sale or other disposition of the business.  We also advise and counsel clients concerning asset protection and basic estate planning.

We guide our clients through the development of business plans, choosing a form of business, corporate and limited liability company structuring decisions, funding and financing, contracts negotiation, regulatory compliance, technology and Internet issues, and real estate matters, among others. 

As a small business advocate, Moses Law has partnered with the Central Ohio Minority Business Association (COMBA), the Ohio Business Development Group (OBDG), the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and the Small Business Administration (SBA), to provide business and legal assistance to minority, women, and other entrepreneurs seeking to establish MBE, EDGE, DBE, and WBE businesses.
